1. Chocolates and Tabliya - to keep the body warm. I was to eat them every day for 2 months, and on the third month to drink tabliya or chocolate drink. Yum! yum!
No need to worry about getting fat if your doing breast feeding.
2. Grape juice - so I won't get constipated, and to make my popo soft(so they say). It's important that the popo is soft since the stitches are not totally healed yet. One glass every day.
3. This wine drink, I dunno the name, this is to be taken 3x a day. Use the plastic bottle that came with it, that is the required dosage. This is really really effective in giving back your strength. And aid in the recovery of the loss of blood. But also gives you a good night rest. Am suppose to finish the 2 bottles, but so far I have finished 1 bottle, it doesn't taste that good at all. This wine is specifically for women who have delivered, says so in the box and the paper inside. Very effective. They say you can buy this in China town.
Thanks to them, I got the strength to take care of my baby during recovery time.
